• No refunds are offered for coaching, courses, or VA services once payment is processed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information during onboarding.

• Complete assignments, tasks, or action items in a timely manner if participating in coaching or courses.

• Respect all intellectual property and content provided by Neka Williams.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, branding, and resources provided are the property of Neka Williams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Neka Williams is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services.

• You acknowledge that results may vary and that business outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
