1:1 Coaching With Neka is personalized business coaching for virtual assistants who want hands-on support building and growing their businesses.

Instead of following a generic formula, we'll focus on YOUR business — your services, pricing, clients, marketing, challenges, income goals, and next steps.

You'll leave our sessions knowing what you need to focus on and what actions to take next.

How is 1:1 coaching different from VA University or other VA courses?

A course teaches you the strategy. 1:1 coaching applies the strategy directly to YOUR business. Instead of wondering, "But how does this work for me?" you have someone helping you make those decisions.

We can look at your actual offers, pricing, marketing, leads, client conversations, systems, and challenges together and determine your best next move.

I'm new to being a VA. Is this for me?

Yes. If you're serious about building your VA business and you're ready to take action, we can start with your foundation services, packages, pricing, positioning, and client attraction so you don't spend months trying to piece everything together yourself.

I'm already a VA. Can you still help me?

Absolutely. You don't have to be brand new to need strategy.
